4 Sessions 1 Problem

In this model, we focus on one aspect of your life exclusively for 4 sessions. This model aims to isolate the obstacle in your life and then focus on it to resolve the problem/blockage in 4 sessions.

Autopilot off


In these sessions we teach you how your mind works on a deeper level, paying special attention to how you, the individual, navigates life. We internalize the concepts and design, tailored techniques for each individual to ensure that going forward the techniques are integrated with the individual's reality and mental ecology.
The goal of these sessions is to switch the autopilot off and put you in control of your life and your mind.

Habit managment

When we learn to instill and manage good habits the rest of life seems to fall into place. In these sessions, we look into currently established habits and find avenues of change while still maintaining a sound mental ecology.
To be master of one's self is to be in control of one's actions.
